Informal email (text)

The last blog I talked about the types of emails there exist. Now it is time to write an informal email that it is too much easier to write because you can include informal vocabulary, since abreviations to emojis. This email is for my friend, asking them if we can hang out some day. Informal plans with informal vocabulary. A piece of cake!

Subject: FRIDAY AT NIGHT

What's up Emi?
Hey, I was wondering if you have something to do next friday at night 'cuz as we know, we will have the day off 😊 What if we go for pizza? It sounds great, doesn't it? Well, we can go to Pizza Hut, there are delicious and tasty pizza 🍕 well, just let me know the exact hour please. YAY! I hope to see u on friday, well... Only if you want ;);)

Catch you later,
Irene Pérez

Well, I can say that informal emails are easier and funnier because you can use a lot of expressions and things to communicate something. I agree with people who says that writing an email is hard because apart of the fact that we are not used to write one, it takes a little bit longer to get a response. I think that even if this is an informal email, the greetings and farewells are the worst part for me.
