 In some point of our life, we are going to write an email but we have to be careful with what we write because there are two types of email. The formal is the one you use for professional or academic purposes. The informal is the one you type for a member of your family or a friend.  We need to be careful when we are making purchases, with the information we give access on different websites. Even if the companies do not make a bad use of it, it is confidential and private. I NFORMATION USAGE The usage and collection of your personal information in companies is useful for them because it allows them to create an accurate database. They collect the data based on what you recently purchased, your interests and what you can buy according to your financial situation. Also, you do not have to worry about the way they use the information because most of the time the terms and conditions are clear.    In my opinion, the fact that you provide all that information to them makes me feel secure, since they do not make bad use of it and ask you to give them permission to analyze it to create your history there.  When you get something that did not reach your expectations, what is the first you think? Of course get a devolution and make a complaint. Making a complaint is a difficul process because you have to be careful with what you express. I made a complaint about internet service that was inneficient.  I consider that I have to improve my pronunciation skills and work harder with fluency. I learned how to complain of something and I can say that it is very useful information.

 When we think about our future, we can say that we need to prepare ouurselves in order to get what we want, right? The true is that we need to do a lot of things in order to succeed. When we want to apply for a job, we need to be careful with what we say.  Job interview:  Actually, I did not like to work with my classmate but the job interview was ok because we had a little draft of the questions we were going to ask and answer. We had to repeat this interview a lot of times because we had a lot of mistakes with pronunciation, intonation and with structures.
